1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ppp9 ("ppp9", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the ppp9 online gaming platform accessible at ppp9.bet and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any policies incorporated by reference — such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

ppp9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the ppp9 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ppp9 takes age verification seriously and may request government-issued identity documentation at any stage.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a ppp9 account, you must:

• Be a natural person aged 21 or above;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number registered in Pakistan;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ppp9 or any of its affiliated software or service providers;
• Not have previously had a ppp9 account closed, terminated, or suspended for a breach of this Agreement.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active ppp9 account at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ppp9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold bonuses, and recover any funds obtained through such conduct.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

ppp9 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with its international gaming license obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other documents to verify your identity, address, and payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppp9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. All activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether you authorised it — is your responsibility.

• You must notify ppp9 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• ppp9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes can be made by contacting ppp9 support.
• You must not allow any other individual to use your ppp9 account to place wagers or access funds, regardless of any informal arrangement between you.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ppp9 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. Deposits are credited to your ppp9 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger an account review and suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested to payment methods previously used for deposits and verified as belonging to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

• ppp9 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the associated account has open active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been fulfilled.
• ppp9 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Where ppp9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Currency

The ppp9 Platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PKR. ppp9 does not apply foreign exchange fees to PKR transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ppp9 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may be excluded from bonus wagering on some promotions.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While an active bonus is in play, a maximum single-bet restriction applies. Bets exceeding this limit may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Player: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once constitutes bonus abuse.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games offered on the ppp9 Platform use certified random number generators ("RNG") that have been independently tested and audited in accordance with ppp9's international gaming license requirements. Published return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for each game reflect the certified configuration of that game.

For sports betting markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international cricket, UFC, and football — the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended or refused by ppp9 at any time without prior notice.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion of the minimum required play, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that sport.
• ppp9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or where the integrity of the market has been compromised.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error affecting a game or bet, ppp9 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its state prior to the fault. Where restoration is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. ppp9's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppp9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not sanctioned by ppp9;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Using the Platform to launder funds or engage in any activity that constitutes money laundering under applicable law;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits after their corresponding funds have been wagered;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention methods;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppp9 staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ppp9 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of ppp9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of ppp9 is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data

ppp9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ppp9 employs industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from ppp9's operational funds. ppp9 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

ppp9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. The following tools are available to every account holder without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control your spending;
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account with a commitment that ppp9 will not reactivate it during the exclusion period regardless of subsequent requests.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppp9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

ppp9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ppp9's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit ppp9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

ppp9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ppp9 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your ppp9 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated PKR payment method.

12.3 Termination by ppp9

ppp9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or any other activity that ppp9 determines to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or its licensing obligations.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ppp9's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ppp9's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the relevant licensing authority.

ppp9's internal complaints process requires that any complaint be submitted in writing to the support team in the first instance. ppp9 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
